Terms & Conditions
• Rates are quoted in USD and subject to 15.5% Government Tax and Service charge
• Rate applicable for up to max 10 guests from age 6 onward, Children below age of 6 share parents room stay free. Extra roll away bed and day bed charges applicable. All children above 6 years of age will be consider as adults head count.
• Extra guests charge at USD 35 net per person per night
• Villa rates are categorized in high, low and peak seasons ( high season and black out period during peak season are not applicable for promotion night)
• Minimum stay: 3 nights (low), 5 nights (high) and 7 nights (peak)
• In order to secure your reservation a 50% deposit is required.
• Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if less than 45 days
• Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
• Check in time: 2 pm – Check out time: 12 noon
